Watershed Solutions Network (WSN) is hiring a Program Manager to join our small, collaborative team.

At WSN, we reconnect place, people, and policy—bringing leaders together across a watershed to build trust, align decisions, and cultivate thriving communities and natural systems. We believe enduring relationships are the foundation for lasting change, and through place-based gatherings, collaborative programs, and network-building, we create the conditions for meaningful, systems-level impact.

This is a central, hands-on role for someone who enjoys managing logistics, building relationships, and adaptively solving problems. You’ll help lead implementation across our programs—including Forest Gatherings, the Watershed Framework, and virtual workshops—while supporting a growing network of land and water stewards across California.
