California's next governor will take office at a moment when our natural systems — water, land, forests, agriculture, and the communities that depend on them — are shifting faster than the institutions built to manage them. Building on where we left off in June, we'll go deeper into how the administration can build trust and accelerate opportunities for innovation and alignment across the fragmented agencies, jurisdictions, and managers that shape the health of our watersheds and communities.
