Opportunities in chaos workshop

Opportunities in Chaos: A WSN Virtual Workshop, October 2nd

Watershed Solutions Network (WSN) presents, Opportunities in Chaos, a Virtual Workshop with Network Members Felicia Marcus (Former California State Water Resources Control Board Chair and Strategic Advisor and William C. Landreth Visiting Fellow at Stanford University’s Water in the West Program), Martha Guzman (Former Regional Administrator for EPA Region 9), and Rick Roberti (Rancher and President of the California Cattlemen's Association).

Much attention is focused on fractious national politics, accelerating impacts of climate change, and significantly reduced government capacity to support land and water stewardship. This discussion focused on the opportunities that this chaos offers to advance systems change. How do we identify and exploit opportunities to make progress in restoring the health of our watersheds, communities, and culture while attention is focused elsewhere? Our three distinguished guests will shared their insights, and participants will brainstorm together. Recording coming soon
