For nearly thirty years, Eileen enjoyed pushing the envelope of watershed and community resilience and collaboration in government, non-profit, and private sectors. Her varied roles include practicing Landscape Architecture, Watershed Manager and Policy Advisor with Orange County, Graphic Facilitation with MIG, and 16 years with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers as a Lead Planner, Watershed Program Manager, and Public Involvement Specialist. She led the Los Angeles River and the East San Pedro Bay Ecosystem Restoration Feasibility Studies, Urban Waters Federal Partnership, and other cool federal initiatives. Nationally, she facilitated challenging conflicts and taught public engagement, watershed planning, integrated water resources management, and conflict management. Eileen worked for, started up, and successfully obtained grant funds for multiple non-profit organizations in Southern California. In 2026, she started a new position as a Stantec Senior Integrated Water Management Specialist.
